During this time, Phoenix has originated loans and managed broker relationships for CUSCAL’s third party origination program. Phoenix Mortgage Management has also been involved in loan product development with the credit union industry for over a decade, culminating in the creation of a competitive product range - and relationships with a range of Australia’s biggest brokerage aggregators.
The management team at Phoenix have been dealing with brokers for over 10 years, and have worked with some of Australia’s biggest Approved Deposit Taking Institutions (ADI’s) and non-ADI funders.
Since 2010 Phoenix has been providing tailored and competitive financial products to the home building and construction industry. The top five home builders in Australia are our customers, and we help them build their client base through tailored lending products.
